Colasito & Co. Consulting LLC is excited to host its bi-annual Hampton Roads Women's Empowerment Event (HRWEE).
This event was created to inspire, encourage, and educate women on topics important to their lives. We want everyone to leave the event feeling motivated, inspired, and rejuvenated!
Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Chesapeake Regional Health Foundation.

In honor of Women’s Health, we will dedicate this event as our “Stroke Awareness” celebration.
To show your support, please wear your favorite shade of PURPLE to celebrate those who have survived - or - to honor a family member or loved one.
Pink has been our apparel color tradition and will continue to be our favorite color at the event.

Joanna Pascua-Colasito, MBA, BSN, RN, CCRN
Owner and Proud Founder of the Hampton Roads Women's Empowerment Event
Joanna started her nursing career in 1994, receiving her Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Nursing from Tidewater Community College. She received her Baccalaureate degree from Hampton University in 2005.
In 2000, she and her late husband, Joey, started their business as independent contractors to World Financial Group (WFG). They held several licenses ranging from Life, Health, & Annuities, Series 6 and 63 as Registered Representatives. Together, they built a successful agency with over 150+ agents across Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia while overseeing millions under management. Joanna and Joey created several multi-six-figure earners in their 20-year career span.
In November 2021, Joanna completed her goal of achieving her Master’s in Business Administration. Unfortunately, tragedy hit her family the very same month with the sudden loss of her spouse, Joey, from a massive hemorrhagic stroke. The death of her spouse could have paralyzed her from living, however, her strong Christian faith allowed her to push forward - focusing on empowering women inspiring each to realize that "life is what you make it to be" and to "show up" even on your toughest days!
Joanna continues to mentor and coach individuals and high-performing teams through her consulting business, including legal nurse consulting to hiring attorneys for ongoing litigation.
Joanna serves as the Director of Patient Experience at Chesapeake Regional Healthcare. She remains active in her community and philanthropic work with the Begin Again Foundation and the Philippine Nurses Association-VA.
